Shipping Policy
The shipping charge is free for any product/products purchased online.
- We ship your orders within 3-5 working days of order placement.
- You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 4-5 working days in major cities and 4-7 for days for other location.
- You can track your order online once it is dispatched for delivery.
Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website www.smartoonline.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform"). By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms set forth below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:
✔ You have successfully raised a Return Request within the return window specified in the product description (typically 7 days from the date of delivery unless mentioned otherwise).
✔ The product is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
✔ You have not violated any of SMARTO's policies concerning returns or misuse of services.
✔ Return requests have been accepted and verified by the SMARTO Quality Check Team.
Non-Returnable Items:
Inner Wear: Due to hygiene reasons inner wears are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
2. Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- You will be notified via email or SMS regarding the status of your return.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase:
Refund Modes:
✔ Credit/Debit Card: Refund to the card used for payment
✔ Net Banking: Refund to the originating bank account
✔ UPI/Wallets: Refund to the respective UPI ID or Wallet
3. Non-Eligibility for Refund
Refund requests will be declined, and products will be re-shipped to you if:
✘ The product shows signs of use, damage, or wear and tear
✘ Original tags, labels, or packaging are missing
✘ Product returned is different from what was shipped
✘ Return request violates SMARTO's Return Policy
✘ You fail to accept the re-shipped product, making you ineligible for a refund
SMARTO is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipping if not shipped via our approved logistics partners.
4. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
- Prepaid Orders: If cancelled before shipping, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
SMARTO reserves the right to cancel orders deemed fraudulent, bulk purchases, or those violating the Terms of Use, in which case refunds (if applicable) will be processed per standard policy.
