Cancellation Policy

At SMARTO, we aim to provide a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order. Please review our cancellation terms below:

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order under the following conditions:

Before Shipment:

  • Orders can be cancelled by visiting your order history or by contacting SMARTO Customer Support, provided the order has not been shipped.
  • Full refund will be processed for prepaid orders within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be cancelled without any charges.

After Shipment:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched from our warehouse.
  • In such cases, you can refuse delivery at the time of arrival. For prepaid orders, the refund will be initiated only after the product is returned to SMARTO and passes the necessary quality checks.
  • Shipping charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

2. Order Cancellation by SMARTO

SMARTO reserves the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

✔ Product is out of stock, discontinued, or unavailable
✔ Pricing or technical errors on the Platform
✔ Bulk orders suspected for commercial resale
✔ Orders flagged as fraudulent or violating SMARTO’s Terms of Use
✔ Invalid, incomplete, or unverifiable shipping information provided

In such cases, you will be notified via email or SMS, and a full refund will be processed for prepaid orders within 3-5 business days.

3. Special Notes on Cancellation

  • SMARTO is not liable for any delays in refund processing caused by banks, payment gateways, or external factors beyond our control.
  • For promotional or limited-edition products, cancellations may not be allowed after order confirmation.
  • SMARTO reserves the right to amend this Cancellation Policy at any time, and continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of any revised terms.

4. How to Cancel Your Order

You can cancel your order using the following methods:
